Vehilux™ Cargo Organizer 

Product Limitations:

1. This product is not intended for any exterior use, such as in any open truck bed.
2. The Cargo Organizer and Cargo Bumpers are not intended and do not protect against damage to property as the result of an accident of any kind.
3. Use of the Cargo Bumper directly on the vehicle manufacturer’s surfaces may damage these surface materials. The Cargo Bumper is intended for use with the Cargo Organizer mat.

Warranty and Liability:

LIMITED WARRANTY & EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES: Each Product is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials as of the time of delivery of the Product. The exclusive and only warranty given is a LIMITED WARRANTY to replace the defective Product upon its return to Vehilux. No other warranties, express or implied, will be recognized or honored by Vehilux.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DENIED AND WAIVED WHETHER SUCH WARRANTY ARISES BY LAW, CUSTOM, PRACTICE, CONDUCT OR USAGE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DAMAGES: In no event shall Vehilux be liable for any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, penalties, losses, compensatory damages, exemplary damages, punitive damages, costs, or expenses arising from or to arise from the use of Vehilux’s Products. This includes but is not limited to injury to a person or property resulting from the use, misuse, installation, or abuse of Vehilux’s Products whether the damages or injuries arise directly or indirectly from the use or installation of Vehilux’s Products. This limitation for liability shall not apply in those jurisdictions where liability caused by negligence cannot be waived or modified by law.
