Vehilux™ Cargo Organizer Installation and Care

Thank you for choosing the Vehilux Cargo Organizer, which includes a custom-fit cargo mat, designed specifically for your vehicle, plus two Vehilux Cargo Bumpers. This organizer puts you in control of your cargo space. To ensure the Vehilux Cargo Organizer functions as intended, please follow these installation instructions.

Installing the Cargo Mat

  • Remove any items or debris from the cargo area, including any existing cargo floor mats.
  • Remove the VehiluxTM cargo mat from its packaging and unroll it. It may take 24 hours at room temperature for your mat to relax into a flat position. This is natural. Allow more time in colder temperatures or place the mat in a warmer, secure location before installation.
  • Position the cargo mat in the cargo area of your vehicle with the carpet side facing up. Standing at the back liftgate and looking forward into the vehicle you should be able to see the VehiluxTM tag on your left – on the driver’s side of the vehicle. Ensure the mat is centered left-to-right and front-to-back on the cargo floor.

 

Caring for the Cargo Mat and Bumpers
  • The Vehilux cargo mat is easy and hassle-free to maintain. Dust and dirt are easily brushed off, shaken out, or vacuumed whenever they accumulate from normal use. You can use a handheld or standard vacuum with a hose attachment.
  • Spot-clean any stains or spills on the cargo mat as soon as possible. Use a mild detergent or carpet cleaner and a damp cloth to gently blot the stain. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the carpet fibers.
  • If your cargo mat becomes heavily soiled, you may need to remove it from the vehicle to deep-clean it. You can use a carpet cleaning machine or take the mat to a professional cleaner.
  • Allow the cargo mat to dry before placing it back in your vehicle. Lay it flat in a well-ventilated area until it is completely dry.
  • Your Vehilux Cargo Organizer also includes Cargo Bumpers which are crafted with stain-resistant and waterproof materials, allowing for easy spot cleaning with soap and water.

By following these simple steps, you can ensure that your Vehilux cargo mat and Cargo Bumpers stay in good condition and continue to protect your vehicle's interior for years to come.
